I'm Jonathan Smith, a construction professional with over twenty years in UK construction and property.I work with developers and investors across the UK, advising on cost, procurement and contracts, delivering refurbishment and fit out projects, and building long-term partnerships that get schemes over the line.Swishy is my professional home and the umbrella for everything I do, that includes Focal Point Advisory, my consultancy practice, and Kairos Construct, my delivery business.
